Submitted essay, written wrong prompt TWICE

Hell I seriously don't understand how I could've made an error. Initially I misinterpreted the essay prompt because it states that point form would be more preferable thus I submitted a curriculum vitae in the essay part of the application form. Then I realize how wrong I was, panicked and e-mailed the office so that amendments could be made. They said they could update the application and asked me to send it ASAP.
Little did I know, after rushing the essay and submitting it promptly during midnight, I found out that I didn't follow the prompt exactly. The prompt was to 'describe one personal experience, activity'. And I wrote three paragraphs consisting of different activities. I've already sent the email and the office replied me that they would update the application form with the latest amendments but now I realize I still made an error I really don't know what to do.
I feel so stupid and I'm panicking like WTF mAN.
