Hi guys. Just submitted my ED application last week.
But I don't feel really comfortable about the recommendations written by my teachers and think about sending two more recommendations from my other teachers. Is it allowed? Or should I just let it be?
Applying for psychology in Penn though feel really hopeless.
I am in a tough situation. Transferred from a high school from Asia to America in my junior year. GPA and ranking in my junior year is totally not good enough. Got 2130 in SAT and 103 in toefl. Going to take SATII tomorrow. And after that I have an alumni interview from PENN.
Should I try to struggle a little bit more? To explain my situation to PENN about my GPA last year since it's my first year in America.....

I don’t think Penn accepts more than 2 teacher recommendations but they do allow an additional recommendation from a coach, family member, clergy, employer, etc. There is also an additional information section on the common app where you can explain your special circumstances. I hope you get in!
