Submitting an article?

Hello fellow aspiring Cardinals!

I just submitted my scea app! Still nervous even after three days...

I have a question regarding sending in writing though...
I was published in the Wall Street Journal for an extensive study I did this September. My recommender (optional) mentioned how I was published in the Journal and a big part of my application emphasizes my passion for journalism, writing, media, etc.

Could I still mail it in to the office?

THANKS =)

No. Read the website under application reqs, they do not want any additional documents.

Sent from my PC36100 using CC App

StanfordGirl22 is correct but there is a way around that. You can have your guidiance counselor send it with the transcripts. If your school normally sends things to the college over the internet, then see if they will make an exception and send it regular mail. Office to even pay for the postage. Its worth it if the schools can see your article in the Wall Street Journal.

Good Luck

agree with stanfordgirl22

It looks like they really don’t want extra information - if everyone sent every article they would be swamped with extra reading.
However, if your name is on/in the article and you have noted the research publication in your app, they may google you to verify and it should come up there.

Even if there’s a way around that, why would you annoy the admissions office by finding loopholes in their rules?
