Hi. Can I submit my common app application two weeks before I submit writing supplements? I'm still working on supplements but I'd like to get track ID from schools early just to be able to track all the required documents, especially app fee. I'm requesting app fee waivers and my counsellor has already sent his short letter requesting that fee waiver to schools I'm about to apply to. When given tracker id from eqch school i'll be able to track if the waiver was approved. What do you guys think?

Yes, you can certainly do this. Our D has submitted her app to three schools where she doesn’t plan to finalize and submit the supplements until after receiving her ED1 decision (if at all).
