<p>For UPenn, Do I have to submit the Arts and Athletic supplemental forms for even though I won't put any information on it? If yes, how do I submit them and the Early Decision Agreement online? There are no links to submit them online.
Also, If I submitted my application online, do I have to pay my application fee online also, or can I still send them a money order?</p>
