<p>We have a 1099 from an investment firm that has a two-page cover summary, and then a six page supplement that breaks everything down. Does IDOC want all 8 pages or is it enough to send the 2 page summary?</p>
<p>There is also a statement that has one page that reads "This page left intentionally blank," but it is numbered "page 2 of 4." Would you send 1, 3, 4 or all four pages?</p>
<p>I think they cannot return your package because you send more than what the colleges need to have. They may have the reason to return the package if some pages are missing. But I doubt that they will return regardless you send 2 pages or all pages. For simplicity, just send all. It’s their fault if they receive too many pages because they did not state it clearly. They only says you have to send 1099 of all forms.</p>
<p>I always send the front & back of anything that’s printed whether it’s numbered or not. It’s easier than skipping around,assures I don’t miss something, AND doesn’t raise any red flags.</p>
