I'm just about to register for the February ACT test. I've got the whole packet filled out, the money squared away, etc. etc. The only thing is I have no idea whether to submit my scores to any colleges through the ACT. I'm a junior, but this is my first time taking the test. I'll be retaking it another time for sure, possibly again after that depending on my score. Should I tell them to submit the scores to colleges, wait until my next test, or wait until I'm actually applying to colleges? The registration date is within a week or so, so I need advice pronto.

By simply registering you can send scores to 4 colleges. If you wait to send them later you will have to pay separately. Go ahead and send the score to 4 colleges, they wont hold a low score against you if you make a better score down the road. And if your college super-scores, it could help you.
