subtle drop in semester gpa, am I doomed?

<p>2nd Sem junior year I got a 4.2
first Sem senior I am probably going to get a 4.1, if finals are well a 4.2 </p>

<p>I got deferred recently from my top choice, am I doomed? I took really hard classes and yes I did have fun and wanted to enjoy senior year a bit but still</p>

<p>cumulative gpa goes up either way</p>

<p>Doomed? Overstate much? This will probably not help in your deferred school but I am sure you’ll get into a college that appreciates your capabilities.</p>
