Sucky college life...

<p>Is it me or is it hard for off campus students to make friends in college?</p>

<p>I tried to join clubs (I literally did 4) and I had good conversation with people and such, but then after club meetings, people usually hang out together at dorms and I cannot do that because I live off campus, which is 30 minutes away from home...=(</p>

<p>By the next club meeting, people are so close with each other and it's hard for me to fit in....</p>

<p>It seems like my social life is not what I expected...I didn't go to much parties or hang out much with people...and it seems like high school all over again </p>

<p>It sucks because I did tried my best to make friends and even called people to hang out, but then I feel like I am always initiating the meetups...</p>

<p>Undergraduate students, anyone feel the same? Is your college life not going as your expected (Off campus or not)</p>

<p>Yeah, well, sometimes it’s just like that. You do what you can to make friends but things don’t work out as planned. Maybe if you can, you could try to live closer to the college, but that might not be feasible for you. I guess you should just continue to try to make friends as you’ve been doing and hope that someday, that nut will crack!</p>
