Suddenly realized something, now nervous

I just realized that I forgot to report college credit when I applied as a transfer to my current school. In high school, I took a French class that counted for college credit, though it was taught by my usual high school teacher through a special program with the local CC. I took it for one semester, and I got three credits of intermediate French, but I honestly just kind of forgot about it and didn't even think to put it on the application. I got an A in the class, so it wouldn't have affected my application negatively.

What do you think I should do? Is it possible that I can get in trouble for not reporting it, even though I wasn't trying to be deceptive?

Since you got an A I don’t think they will regard it as hiding something. I’d just send them a transcript now with a brief letter apologizing for the oversight. Better to put mistakes right yourself rather than waiting for them to find it themselves.
