In terms of how many I get into? I am hoping for 12, but doubt I will get that high due to interest sensitivity.

my 11 included tulane and 1 of penn, davidson, vanderbilt, I think. It’s a fine list. Visiting is a good way to get them in order so that come April 1 when you know all you’re going to know you will not have a miserable month. Also maybe between now and then you can figure out how you’re going to deal with the money issue: are you going to jettison Bama and Kentucky if one or two of the others comes up with a low family contribution package? do you have a list of dates by which you expect to have invites to interview at the schools with full tuition competitions? lots to keep you busy.

I am not applying for financial aid. My dad makes millions a year, so there is no way that I would even have a chance at that. He is not excited about giving $250K though, so I decided to apply to some full ride schools. I am not (as far as I know) in any full tuition competitions. Bama and OU, while I have yet to tour them, are my top NMF schools and only behind Penn, Vandy, Richmond, and possibly Tulane overall.

You can look at Wake Forest, UVa, UNC, William & Mary, Villanova and Lehigh, maybe Fordham as a safety. If you want to reconsider going further north BC might be a great fit.

Thank you, but all of their deadlines have passed, and I am not looking to even further expand my list.
