<p>Hey I'm currently a junior and I'm still don't know which college I should go for. I have 97 average and just got my sat score with a 2215. I took 4 SAT II with all 800(Bio,Math II , Chem and us history ) I'm the editor in science newsletter and member of science Olympaid and math team (mostly likely I'll be the capital of math team next year) I also joined FBLA and get into national level. And track,badminton, rock club, etc. I only got t take 2 AP as a class(school budget cut @@) but. I self took another 6 (Ela, chem bc cal. USH psy. Stat. Java and bio)
Soo weak extra activity and midcore gpa, but good sat
Im think about math or science relating major.
Another thing is that I'm a ESL and I've heard that it hurts application. Is that true? </p>

<p>Apart from the prestige of MIT and strong sciences, what else are you looking for?</p>
<p>1) Do you need financial aid? How much?
2) Do you want an urban environment? NE? (like MIT?)
3) Would you consider a smaller school? Does it have to be IT? (There are all the usual IT suspects - Harvey Mudd, Caltech, Georgia Tech, etc…)</p>
<p>An interest in science with strong grades and test scores means you are a good candidate at virtually all but the most selective schools, so you need to narrow down what you care about in a school.</p>
<p>Also, why would being ESL hurt?</p>

<p>Hey, srry I just reply ur response now (tests and sat this week) so umm I didn’t thought of how my dream college should, however I personally prefer bigschool ( more friends 
) and no it doesn’t have t do IT . I actually need as much financial aid and I like urban environment ( maybe like columbia)<br>
I’m really sorry since I only knew a little about colleges in USA even my school colleges office try to help me, I still kind of confuse. I also did some research and find some science and mAth major college like GEorgoa tech.<br>
