<p>Hi, I'm a freshman college student about to enter my second semester. Although I like my school, I'm considering transferring. I'm looking for a campus that's less of a commuter school, has strong academic programs, and on the West Coast. </p>

Recommendations: Should be less than stellar (I have a pretty good relationship with the two professors, but I have never met my College Dean and we are randomly shuffled between academic advisors)</p>
