Suggestions for schools with a weird program combination...

<p>Hello all, I am an international student searching for schools that have the following criteria:</p>

<ul>
<li>International Relations and Architecture majors. My dream would be to major in IR and get a minor in Architecture because I'm not sure in which direction to go yet.</li>
<li>Small to medium sized school</li>
<li>Preferably (not an absolute must) near a large city</li>
<li>Liberal/diverse</li>
</ul>
