Suggestions for UCs and privates that I could apply to?

<p>I'm a senior and I'm planning on majoring in biology (or a branch of it) and minoring in Spanish or double majoring in both. Right now, I plan on doing the premed pathway.</p>

<p>I'm a straight A student who is involved in two clubs at school holding officer positions in 2 out of 3 years since I've joined, including my current senior year. I am also a high school tutor. My first SAT score was an 1830; however, I am retaking it. I took the SAT subject test for Biology and received a 690 and then a 700 on Math 2.</p>

<p>I took 2 honors courses for both my freshman and sophomore year. I took AP Biology, AP Calculus AB, AP Spanish 4, and Honors English my junior year. My senior year, I have AP Chemistry, AP Government, and Honors Physics (no math but I'll have biotech too if it's available).</p>

<p>I was wondering if there are any suggestions on great universities and privates that I could apply to, preferably in California. Thank you!</p>

<p>Cost constraints? Remember that medical school is expensive, so you may want to keep costs down to save money and avoid debt for medical school.</p>

<p>That’s true… I haven’t thought that out thoroughly, but I will be applying for scholarships and financial aid, so I hope I’ll be eligible for them.</p>
