Suicide Prevention Hotline call 988

Dial 988

Let’s not bury the word suicide with euphemisms.

Yesterday Stephen tWitch Boss committed suicide.

tWitch was an incredibly talented dancer, a bright light to his family and friends. I follow him on IG and every day he would post the most beautiful tributes to his wife, his children, his mother, friends and other family members. tWitch “had it all” - or so it would seem. Clearly not “all” - something troubled him, and it truly breaks my heart that whatever it was was so much larger than the love he gave and received.

I understand. The lightbulb is unfortunately dimmed today. May his family find some form of comfort knowing how many people his life touched in profound ways.

I have to admit this is one that just made me angry. I feel horrible for his wife and kids. I was a fan of his when he first appeared on So You Think You Can Dance?
