I am following the discussion on the Parents thread about “suitcase schools” and am wondering how much of a suitcase quality Truman has. Do people stick around on weekends? My D would be coming from pretty far away, so she will not be wanting to go home much at all.
The students I know enrolled there don’t think so, but they are in athletics and music so they have a built in peer group. I’d suggest visiting and talking to students in the areas where your child would study and participate in extra curriculars.
