Hi,
I just recently found out that I will most likely not be offered a on campus res hall for my summer session. The lady I talked to said it would be wise to start looking for some back ups, so what websites should I use in order to find temp housing for 6 weeks that is within walking distance of berkeley.

i house or look for apartments that need to be rented for the summer. if they can’t get anyone for the whole summer, they’ll rent to u for a few weeks.

Try Craigslist? There are lots of students who are trying to sublet their apartments for the summer…

^ try craigslist.com like what Agneisse said. (: It’s pretty good. If you don’t mind cheap, convenient but slightly crowded housing (the apartment itself is gorgeous though) PM me.

I’m in the same situation as the OP…does anyone know if other forms of on-campus housing (iHouse, etc.) are significantly more expensive?
