Summer A & B instead of C ?

Hey!
I've asked a similar question about Summers A B and C but right now I'm confused.
I've looked up classes for Summer 2011 C just to get a feel of what kind of classes are offered (want to do summer C next year), but there's nothing that's relevant (GE classes etc).

Can I take classes for summer A AND B ? And make it my long summer?

If you are a freshman, UCF decides which summer term you take. I believe only B is available to freshman.

If you have 30 credit hours or more by then are you still considered a freshman for summer term?

Are you entering as a FTIC with credits or as a transfer from another college or U? If FTIC what is the date of your HS graduation?

I’d be a FTIC with credits. My graduation date was 2011. I’m coming in for fall, so I’m talking about summer 2012.

Same as Ciara, I’m coming Fall 2011. I just need to know for next year

If I understand you correctly, you are entering fall 2011, and you are asking about taking classes summer 2012, correct? If so, YES, you may take classes during summer A and B. That is no problem at all. Just remember most financial aid, if not all, does not apply to summer classes so you will be on your own there. There are much fewer summer C classes available, and a lot of people take A and B if they want to get the extra classes in.

zebes

Yes it is correct! Thanks for your answer :)

You can get financial aid (Federal Student Loans) for the summer terms if you are a full time student.

Yeah so is it good to take 2 classes in summer A, and 2 classes in summer B? So that I can get stuff ahead of time?
