<p>I heard SAMS is really great, my cousin went there for the past two years and he said he learned a lot and made some good friends so im hoping to do the same.</p>

<p>i was on hold for about 1-2 min, entire call took maybe 4 min</p>
<p>i was on hold a good 10 minutes (by the way, does anybody know why they put people on hold for so long). at first the lady couldn't find my decision and said that they didn't even have a file for me. at that moment my face looked like this :( because i thought they lost something and i thought i was rejected for sure. but she spelled my name wrong :D</p>
<p>why did everyone receive an answer accept me (esp. on the same day)...grrr....</p>

<p>you'll see... I had the exact same conversation that you described earlier, except that afterwards i explicitly asked, "can you tell me the decision over the phone?" at which point the lady responded "no, but one of our counselors can. would you like me to transfer you?" to which i replied "yes please" and that was that. </p>
