Summer Academy for Math and Science (SAMS) & AP/EA @ Carnegie-Mellon?

what time are you ariving hpa?

I'll be getting there around 1:00...which is later than I want to, but I have no choice.

i should get there around 2....

done packing? tomorrow's the day! do you know if SAMS kids and AP/EA kids say in the same dorm? were are you staying?

hpa10...I'm in morewood gardens. Where are you?

I'm 419 in e tower. Where are u you'llsee...

721 Morewood Gardens (Not E tower)

Really? So your rooming with allan? I was just up by your room today to play halo 3 (3 of those controllers are mine).

yea, Alan's my roomate. Wait, are you one of the guys who was up here since 3:30?

No I left before that...my class ended at 12 and then I had another at 4:30 so I think I left around 2'ish.

hey how many SAMS ppl. are on CC, and what's yah names

so the AP/EA kids are staying with the rest of the pre-college kids? SAMS people are at hamershlag (i have no idea how you spell it)

it looks like their should be around 5 cc people at SAMS....

AP/EA is a part of pre-college. And where is hamershlag?

hamershlag is the computer and electrical engineering building...go down to the fence at take a right (from morewood). It is all the way down (you go up a moderate amount of steps to get in)

^thats the hall though, SAMS kids are in hamershlag house, which is all the way across the campus. imagine you are walking toward the cafe, but instead of stoping there, you keep going and walk across the street, that's where the house is.

How are the dorms there?

hey ari...do you know an Alan? Like, did you talk to him this morning while walking to your first class?

the dorms are not that great, but it's fine. i guess the major thing is we don't have ac in the dorms, just in the lounge, so everybody just has fans.

I can't remember that far back, but he is in both of my classes so i often see him on the way to my classes.

how did this program go? did you guys do well in your courses?

It was an awesome..but my results in my courses were half good and half awful. I got an A in electrical engineering and got a C in into to programming (i really screwed up the final).
