<p>The German language school can be included, but I don't think the trip can. You can write about it in your essays...</p>

<p>I'm about to submit my application and the summer part is really bothering me.
On the application it says "Activity (camp, travel, summver school)"
Just by looking at this, it seems like my trip to egypt belongs there.
But why would they want to know where i went for my summer vacation?!
hmm.. weird..
Anyone who knows the answer, please help!</p>

<p>WOAH... ok, sorry about that. I thought you meant you were putting your summer activities on your activities part of the common app.</p>

<p>Since Harvard says travel, personal trips must be acceptable.</p>
