Summer and school year internship..?

<p>Alright, I don't normally do this, but I seriously have no idea...</p>

<p>I interned at NIH this summer, and I went in about 21hrs/week. I'm still interning there during the school year, but I only go in once every few weeks for an average of about 5hrs/week. How should I list this on the common app's activities section? Should I list it twice?</p>
