Summer @ Brown: Minimum Age??

I’m currently a freshman, who is 14 years old. I was planning on applying to the Summer @ Brown program, however the website says:

“For students completing grades 9-12 by June 2017, with a minimum age of 15 by the start of the program”.

Do you think I am eligible, since I will be completing Grade 9 in June 2017, or does the minimum age override this?

I am also a 14-year-old freshman. I have emailed them saying that I am under the age of 15, however, they still consider my eligible but they require me to submit additional information such as report card.

Anyway, I am now admitted.

PS: Don’s care about the legislations that much. Breaching them sometimes creates new possibilities!
