Summer Language Insitutes at the UW

Just wondering if anybody else is planning on or already has taken the Summer Language Insitutes. The UW's website called the program something like "wildly popular" and I would like to take one of their 9 week-15 credit classes in a new language, but I don't know much about it. Thanks in Advance for all the great advice you guys always give!

haha, I guess I'll bump this seeing as how it's been almost a year and nobody replied :(

I ended up doing a summer program last summer, but am thinking I'll probably do a language institute for sure this year:)

I plan on doing Early Fall Start...not the same thing as the language courses in the summer, but I've also heard that EFS is very popular.

Yeah, I just saw about EFS tonight. It looks awesome, especially the study abroad:):):) I'm not a UW student yet, but hoping to transfer next year (I'm currently a high school junior in Running Start). The language institutes look like a good way to get the language credit fulfilled, but it sounds pretty intense. Three quarters of foreign language in ONE summer!

BTW, I saw that you were recently accepted to UW! Congratulations!!! Are you excited to attend UW?
