I am looking for a good 1-2 week summer music camp in New England for high schoolers. My grandson plays the saxophone and a bit of trumpet and will be a senior next fall.

Hello,
You might want to try the new england conservatory and Boston conservatory summer programmes for young musicians, its a tad pricey but the education is fantastic and it looks great on college resumes, they are both located in Boston , hope I could help
Play on:)

NYSMF.org – best music camp in the northeast

@Prof - can you elaborate? NYSMF does not audition in advance. How does this work for ambitious musicians? Are the standards the same for winds, strings, voice? I would like to know more (the website has lots of very appealing information, but we do not know anyone who has actually attended, and would genuinely like to know more – esp. about the violin prog.).

Interlochen is also awesome. or Berklee 5 week summer maybe?
