<p>Anyone that has gone, is it worth signing up for?</p>
<p>My D went, and she wishes it was longer, but it was helpful and she was able to get more information...she met more new students, etc., saw the dorms for more than 20 seconds, etc</p>
<p>for her, she was on the east coast already and explored NYC on her own, staying in a youh hostel....so it gave her a chance to see that she could indeed handle it, etc</p>
<p>she did say the subway was expensive- she is used to the teen price of 50cents in SF</p>
<p>they gave her lunch, she learned more about her classes, etc</p>
