So I’m applying to CSSSA animation as well as other summer programs and I was wondering if CSSSA looks good on college apps? I’m also considering Telluride but I’d rather do CSSSA
CSSSA is a competitive program to get into, which is always a good thing. My daughter went two years ago and my son is applying this year. If you are accepted you are designated a “California Scholar of the Arts” and you also get college credit. Try not to focus on “what looks good” and instead ask yourself “what do I really enjoy doing?” If you can answer that question fully and with enthusiasm you will have a better chance with colleges rather than trying to figure out what they want.
