Hello! I am an international student studying in the U.S. and planning on applying for Georgetown's summer program, specifically Fundamentals of Medicine. Can anyone provide me any reviews on the program? I am very interested in the hands-on medical exercises that we can do there. However, the class period seems very short as it goes from 8:30 to 10:00. Are we going to have activities to do after classes, or the students are expected in enrolling in another afternoon course? Does the reward gained from the program reach/exceed the cost? Thank you!

There was a blog written by students attending different programs a few summers ago if you want to check it out: https://blogs.commons.georgetown.edu/summer-scs/
I don’t think anyone wrote about the Fundamentals of Medicine program, but the blog kind of gives a feel for what the programs as a whole are like.
I’m applying for the Medical Institute, and I’m searching for reviews of the program, too. I’ll let you know if I find anything else.
Thank you!
