<p>Are you talking about PreCollege? If so, I would consider it... I went last summer, and it was a great experience.
You take two classes - 6 credits- and you really get to know the campus. It's a lot of work but a lot of fun. The rules are sort of restricitve (curfew and such) but that will just make the freshman experience sweeter.</p>

<p>i went last summer as well, and am planning on going again this summer to get a jump on some classes and make freshman year a little easier. the program really is very good.</p>
<p>just to check, the letter said that financial aid isnt available for incoming freshmen right?</p>
<p>I think we may be talking about 2 different programs... there's a program for minority prefrosh, which is free, and the PreCollege program, which isn't.</p>

<p>its something like 540 per credit plus housing if u stay there...</p>
