Summer programs for Art interested people?

Hi!
I was just wondering what art programs are good for people who are interested in art (I want to go into architecture)

I think architecture is quite different from art. I think it has to do more with design and mathematics than visual arts.

But I digress; what I’ve found is that if you take AP or PSAT tests and you allow the College Board to send your information to other colleges (like which major you’re interested in), you’ll get some mail about helpful programs that are relevant to your future career or major.

Last year, I checked off “Computer Science” (or Computer Engineering; I don’t really remember) and Vanderbilt and other reputable California universities offered me some programs that could allow me to explore more in depth with what I’m interested in.

Or you can check around your area and look for some art programs. I’m sure that there will be something around for people interested in architecture.

Look into summer programs at art schools; I know for sure that Pratt has summer program that is architecture intensive, same with Parsons. Also look at summer programs at schools with strong architecture programs- Cornell has one for sure and I know UT-Austin does as well.
You could also call architecture firms in your area, they may let you intern or know of programs closer to home.
