Summer art programs/institutes?

<p>First time posting - I apologize in advance for anything I do wrong with this post.</p>

<p>I was wondering from those with past experience, which summer art programs/institutes are the best to attend? </p>

<p>On the sophomore PSAT testing, I marked 'Humanities' as my interested major instead of 'Fine Arts' (I was torn!), so most of the mail I've received have been pamphlets about the usual history studies, but I really would like to focus on my art skills during the summer.</p>

<p>Check first with colleges that you might be applying to see if they offer summer school art classes. Summer school is an excellent chance for you to see if you like the school well enough to spend 4 years there. This would also show your target school(s) that you can succeed in their program.</p>
