Summer Programs or Community College classes?

I've received a few invitations to summer programs, and am thinking of applying to a few, but I was just wondering, what would look better, taking classes at the local community college over the summer, while working and doing some community service? Or am I better off attending a few summer programs, along with still working and doing community service? So in reality the choice is between the community college classes and summer programs, (can't do both, schedules conflict).

I'm currently a junior, have a 3.93 GPA, a couple leadership positions, an interesting job, 1920 SAT (re-taking, expect around 2050-2100 at least). Most importantly though, I do lack a rigorous schedule (only 1 AP this year due to small school scheduling conflicts and limitations, estimate 2-4 APs next year). Thinking of applying to NYU, U-Washington (In-State), USC, UCB, and maybe a couple other UCs.

With all this in mind, what is the better option, community college classes, or summer programs?

Summer programs which require you to pay are useless for college admissions but they can be great experiences. I suggest taking a college course that interests you and search for research and internship opportunities.
