Summer Programs, which one?

Hey. I want to apply to summer programs as colleges this summer. Preferably on the east coast (from NJ). So far I have been looking at Drexal's, UPenn's, Columbia's, Brown's, and Maryland's summer programs. Which one would be the best and what other choices do I have?
I not only want a summer program that looks good on my college app, but a summer program that I can enjoy and learn from.

Apply to all, but Columbia’s seems more career-helpful, if you can afford it.

I am looking into business/finance/economics. I am planning to go to the University of Maryland, so would going to their Young Scholars Program help me in any way? What if I got a recommendation from the professor there?

It won’t guarantee acceptance into the university, although it might help a little.
