Summer Study Abroad in Paris

I've always wanted to study abroad in Paris, but I'm beginning to realize I might not be able to go during the academic year and to take courses at an actual Parisian university - so, instead, I've been looking into a few relatively short-term (4-5 weeks) language programs for the summer, and I was just wondering if anyone here has had experience with any of them or has any general advice. My three main options at the moment are

the Sorbonne program (Cours de Civilisation Francaise)

taking a course at the Alliance Francaise

taking a course at a different private language school - the one I'm looking into is [url=http://www.efiparis.com/]EFI Paris,

Just wanted to add that I was also thinking about summer study abroad in the UK, as well, so if anyone has any experience with that, I’d love to hear about it! Seems like there are few, if any, programs that would give me actual courses at a British (or, for that matter, French) university - just mostly programs run by American schools in Britain or private programs in France. Does anyone know of programs run by universities (in London, Paris, anywhere else in England, Scotland or France) themselves? Thanks, again!

You would have to go during the academic year to take classes actually taught by GB/FR schools. In the summer they are pretty much empty apart from grad students, and rent out their rooms to US summer schools to make money.
