- It's a single, LOCKABLE bedroom with a shared bathroom. This is a 4 bd/2 ba apartment.
- The roommates are 3 other female Temple students: Criminal Justice major, Business major and Communications major.
- Private, fenced backyard.
- Living room space with a couch and table.
- Video security system and intercom/buzzer.
- Washer & dryer in unit.
- Due before move-in would be the security deposit & last months rent ($800 total), signed lease, cosigner and application.
