Summer volunteer program?

<p>A few months ago, someone in this forum posted about a community service program that I thought seemed really interesting. It was a summer program, I think it was two weeks long, and it was free except for supplies. I know this is kind of a long shot, but does anyone know what I'm talking about? I'd love to go this summer if the dates don't overlap with my other plans (research etc), but I can't find the link to the site.</p>

<p>Landmark Volunteers (<a href="http://volunteers.com%5B/url%5D"&gt;http://volunteers.com&lt;/a&gt;) is another choice. It's a very good organization, also offering two-week stints, but it is not free for participants.</p>
