SUNY Albany Rescind admissions?

I just got accepted to SUNY Albany yesterday as a transfer student for the Spring 2015 semester. In the letter it states that the offer of acceptance is made in the condition that I successfully complete all work in progress. Does that mean I MUST get a grade of C or above in the courses that I am taking at the moment?

I am worried because I am taking University Physics right now and it is a HUGE challenge for me because I have never taken physics during my high school years and then to have it calculus based. My midterm grade for the class was a D. I had a chance to withdraw but since its a 5 credit class, I would fall below full time. Also, even if the course is difficult for me, I still go to class everyday and try my best but looking at my exam grades, I really don't think Ill be passing the course.

It is sort of bad luck for me because there were no other professors who are teaching the course except for the professor I have now. He expects us to read the textbook and puts us into groups to learn from each other and me being shy, I am very hesitant to talk to others at times and it also doesn't help if the other students I'm in a group with does not know the material also.

Do you think Albany will rescind my acceptance after I turn in my final transcript and see that I did not do well in Physics?
I actually emailed them yesterday night, I just want to see what you all think, and if you know anyone who has been rescinded from this school also.

It doesn't help also because the school that I am in now, finishes finals week on the week Albanys tuition deposit is due and it is also non refundable. I do not want to pay the tuition deposit, only to have it my acceptance rescind. To top it off, I am dorming at an apartment in Buffalo right now and since I plan on going to Albany, I will have to pack all my things and I live about 7hrs away. So it would be a pain to move out and then have my acceptance rescinded and then having to BACK in again.

Contact Albany to find out. We would just be guessing.
