<p>Who do you believe? Typical transparent NYS government.</p>
<p>Yeah, NYS is obviously blind to what has been published constantly in the press about how they need to be pumping more money into the SUNY system to increase its prestige and make it more desirable to out of state students. Cutting funding is completely the wrong thing to do. And I know that is an obvious statement, funny the laypeople can figure that out...</p>
<p>Mom - Very well said. I think that while New Yorkers know the SUNY system is a good one, with schools like Stony Brook, Binghamton, and Geneseo... but we need to raise "awareness" amongst others. And, as far as regions go, I don't know how well it really is outside of the Northeast as a whole. Unfortunately...</p>
