So I'm pretty sure about my decision to attend UAlbany, but just wanted some other opinions before I finalize my decision.

First off, I'll be majoring in accounting at either of these schools. I was wondering what the best would be for my intended major. I know that SUNY Geneseo is considered one of, if not the best SUNY where UAlbany ranks lower. However, when it comes to my intended major, I feel like UAlbany may have the advantage.

UAlbany has built an amazing new business school where as Geneseo does not have one at all; its business and education department share the same building. I feel that because of Albany's location in a city, internship opportunities will be more prevalent than Geneseo. However, considering Geneseo's reputation amongst the SUNYs, I feel as though this should be taken into consideration.

Also, I intend on pursuing my master's degree in accounting and then taking the CPA exam. Which school would prepare/land me into a really good grad school?

Keep in mind: Geneseo would cost way more for me than Albany because I can commute to Albany and save money.

Thanks!
