<p>I am an international student who transferred to one of suny.
My gpa at the first university is around 4.0 / 4.5
I am now a student of one of sunys and my gpa is almost 2.8/ 4.0
I know my gpa is quite low. TnT
If it goes like now, it will be more than 3.0 /4.0 after this semester.
I want to major in IR in new paltz.
Is it possible to me to transfer?</p>
<p>Ps. I heard that it is much easier to transfer between sunys, right?
And is there any suny which have goog program for IR?</p>
