SUNY or CUNY or Pace Tranfer

I'm a Undergraduate International student in Rochester Institute of Technology, i want to transfer to a SUNY or CUNY University.
Which SUNY or CUNY school would be better for a accounting major...please explain your answer
Also which one has great connection with the big 4 (accounting) firms which will make it easier to get a job post-graduation and has AACSB accreditation.
Also for internships, frequent meetings with recruiters, job placement etc..
Lastly, i have a question regarding the OPT (Operational Training Program), Do i have to stay in one university for the whole academic year to be eligible or can a change my university and if i do then will it start from day 1?

Thank you for your time and suggestions.

SUNY Oneonta
SUNY Binghamton
SUNY Albany
SUNY Buffalo
CUNY Baruch
Pace University

bump…

…

I am an accounting major who was recently accepted to Pace as a transfer student. I am also looking for the same connection with the Big 4 accounting firms, so I am interested in the comments this post will generate. From what I have heard, Pace has over 100 partners in the Big 4 and are AACSB accredited. I am still deciding on whether or not I should attend, so hopefully someone with more knowledge on the school will comment.

CUNY Baruch is probably the best choice…they have one of the top accounting programs in the country.
