Supplement Essay Word Limit

<p>Hi everyone,</p>

<p>Ermm...I'm a little confused when it comes to the supplement essay word limit.</p>

<p>Last time I checked the Stanford web site, it said "at least 250 words."
But when I checked yesterday it said "up to 250 words."</p>

<p>Which is an obvious difference.
So I was wondering, is it really bad if we go over 250 words? and how much is too much?</p>

You have no choice but to hedge your bets and hit 250 exactly.</p>
