Is it too risky saying that gay marriage should be allowed?</p>

<p>On the contrary, that might be a little too obvious and cliche.</p>

<p>I second what audiophile says. Especially in light of the following facts:</p>

<ol>
<li> Brandeis is generally a rather left-leaning place;</li>
<li> Brandeis is in Massachusetts, which has been allowing same-sex marriage since 2004. I believe Massachusetts was actually the first state to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples.</li>
</ol>

<p>I’m a current Brandeis freshman, accepted ED1, and I actually did write about gay marriage for this prompt. If you think that you can write about it well, then I would do it.</p>
