<p>Under the UVA Supplement, there's a section entitled "Application For Virginia In-State Educational Privileges." I'm an out of state applicant, but a portion of this section is says "All applicants must complete Section A." Are they talking about all applicants, or just the ones applying for in-state tuition?</p>
<p>All applicants applying for in-state privileges must fill out that section. If you aren’t filling out the Application for In-State Privileges, don’t even read the form. Move right on. :)</p>
