<p>I'm planning to send in a supplemental rec from my 10th grade math teacher, but I'm not sure if I should ask her to just write a page, or if I should print out an extra copy of the Common App form. What should I do?</p>
<p>Why don't you print another copy from the common app and on
your mailing label indicate it is an additional recco...? :)</p>
<p>...though I have been told letters are cool too..</p>
