<p>I want to hand in a DVD of my piano performance as supplementary material to Columbia Engineering, a couple questions i wanna ask:</p>

<p>1) where should i send it to?
2) any forms attached to it?
3) if the video is on YouTube, can i just send them the link?</p>

<p>I just did the same thing yesterday. I made a compilation of various jazz gigs and solo recordings I’ve done on a CD and included a list of tracks. I believe you send it to the admissions office. There are no forms.</p>

<p>Good luck, maybe we’ll both get in!</p>
