<p>I recently got into penn state and the university of rhode island. My major is supply chain. I cant decide which college to go to. penn state requires u to maintain a 3.4 gpa. Uri gave me a scholarship so it would be like 15k less than psu. Which should I choose? Thanks</p>
<p>penn state is ranked pretty high is SCM; however if money is an issue for you then go with URI.</p>
