suspension and transfer

I am a perspective student who went to school YEARS ago. I attended a university and did poorly my first year due to not attending classes and/or completing assignments. I later went to community college and did extremely well graduating with honors. I late went back to the original school and did extremely well achieving A's and B's BUT due to the low first year I was suspended because I basicaly needed all A's to get through it. I only have a semester left (if I recall correctly) but am guessing I cannot use those credits since they were so long ago and the fact that I was technically suspended. Is it possible to transfer those clases to an online school or do I have to start those last two years in my major over. Also, if I cannot use those do I need to report that school at all? Can I transfer the classes without the first year since I completed my non-major clases at the community college and did well?
Thanks!
