Switching from Health Sciences?

My best friend's daughter was accepted to the Health Sciences program at Georgetown and now her dad is concerned that if she doesn't like it, and wants to switch majors, she'll have to start all over again--no credits transferring, maybe even having to re-apply. Does anyone here know whether or not this is true? What would be the transfer or major-switching procedure? Thanks in advance.

If she wants to change major at Gtown??? From health sceiences to another? By no means, changing majors out of NHS is so easy, I mean if you decide to go from Health sciences to English, yeah, you'll have some getting up to speed to do, but a lot of people do it, and it's somewhat easy. No if she wants to transfer out of Gtown, it depends on every school. Switching majors and school is so easy, it's just paperwork. If I haven;t made it clear yet, I will say it again, transferring schools withing Gtown is soooo easy! (P.S. I'm a freshman right now at Gtown)
